Job Description

Your Role

Do you possess the skills to play a crucial role within our company? We are looking for a motivated planner for our Hasselt site who can expertly coordinate the daily activities of our technicians.

Your Activities

  • In close collaboration with the planning manager and project leaders, you are responsible for both the long-term planning of our technicians and ad-hoc decisions to ensure they transition seamlessly from one project to the next.
  • You work closely with our warehouse staff and coordinate daily loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • You also analyze and plan the necessary resources for each construction project, from trucks to cranes to scaffolding, and more.
  • You ensure that the administration is meticulously organized.

Profile

  • As a planner, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, showcasing your adeptness in administrative coordination.
  • Your innate organizational prowess and a knack for problem-solving are evident in your work.
  • You have an eagle-eye for details and recognize the paramount importance of adhering to tight schedules for project success.
  • Familiarity with Visual Planning is considered advantageous.
  • Your proactive approach is driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers, reflecting your inherent curiosity #CURIOUS.
  • Your work ethic is characterized by precision and discipline, and you consistently demonstrate your ability to function as a collaborative team player, bridging various departments both within and outside the organization #ONETEAM.
  • Effective communication is one of your strengths.
  • You exhibit resilience in handling stressful situations while remaining adaptable to unforeseen circumstances and changes.
  • You speak Dutch perfectly.
  • Proficiency in French is viewed as an additional asset.
